Lightning City Ridgebacks

Welcome to the Lightning City Ridgebacks website.

 

My name is Ron Darrigo and I am a practicing attorney in Tampa, Florida. I have been involved with this wonderful breed for 14 years.

 

 It all started in 2003 when I added the first Ridgeback to our family, Duke, that is now 14 years old and continues on as a loving family companion. Soon after Duke arrived, I started searching for a show puppy and found Kerry Williams of JubaLee Ridgebacks and purchased our boy Maverick. To date, I have shown 4 generations of Maverick's offspring  resulting in 20 AKC Champions. I am pleased to be associated with Kerry Williams and JubaLee Rhodesian Ridgebacks and all the assistance she has given me over the years. I've also had the benefit of being mentored by Deborah Rocco of RoccRidge Hounds.

To me, Ridgebacks are like potato chips...You can't have just one!
